Job summary

OYO in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering, Security and other departments, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to SOPs.

You will monitor occupancy, revenue, KPI performance, recruit and mentor staff, coordinate with Sales to maximize occupancy, manage costs, and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
