Qualifications

• 7–10+ years (Hotel Manager/GM).
• Experience in hotel departments is highly valued.

• Guest Experience & Service Quality: maintain high standards and handle guest concerns promptly.
• People Management: recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Approve expenditures and manage inventory.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure health, safety, and local regulations compliance.
• Manage suppliers and negotiate contracts; ensure timely availability of supplies and equipment.

• Daily Operations Management
  • Work as the property head and responsible for the complete operations of the hotel assigned
