Job summary

JobTrade is seeking a Franchise Operations Executive/Manager to oversee daily operations of franchise outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs. Coordinate with franchise partners to identify and resolve operational issues, conduct visits and audits, and train staff on company standards.

Monitor performance, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Support for seamless execution, support launches of new outlets, onboard partners, and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure

• Manage the daily operations of franchise outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with franchise partners to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor outlet performance and prepare regular operational reports.
• Conduct regular franchise visits, inspections, and audits.
• Train and guide franchise staff on operational procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Support teams for smooth business execution.
• Track and monitor: inventory levels, customer feedback, operational KPIs, outlet performance.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the launch of new franchise outlets.
• Support onboarding and coordination with new franchise partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and provide ongoing operational support.
• Ensure franchise outlets consistently meet company service and performance standards.
