Job summary

Luxelan - Elegante Living is seeking an Operations Head to steer end-to-end business operations in the luxury turnkey interior space, aligning strategy with seamless execution.

You will lead day-to-day functions across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, HR, and Marketing, building robust SOPs and KPI tracking to drive accountability and performance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of total experience in operations leadership roles.
• 5+ years in a senior operations role, preferably in Interior Design, Construction, Architecture or Real Estate.
• Experience in luxury turnkey interior projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, HR, and Marketing.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows from initial sales to final project handover.
• Implement SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and tracking systems to ensure accountability.
• Optimize costs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and manage vendor/client escalations.
• Partner directly with Directors to translate executive decisions into actionable outcomes.
