Job summary

Luxelan is seeking an experienced Design Head to lead the design function for high-end luxury interior projects in Pune, with travel to Mumbai and Hyderabad. The role demands a vision for premium aesthetics, strong leadership, and hands-on involvement in concept, layouts and client presentations.

You will mentor the design team, drive delivery quality, coordinate with execution teams, and push for innovative materials and efficient processes across projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Interior Design.
• Experience in high-value residential/commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team.
• Review concepts, layouts, working drawings & presentations.
• Ensure timely delivery with quality and budget adherence.
• Handle client interactions and design escalations.
• Coordinate with execution, vendors and site teams.
• Develop SOPs, standard libraries and efficient design processes.

Experience: 8–12+ years in Interior Design

Leadership: 3–5+ years in a managerial/leadership role

Project Experience: High-value residential/commercial projects with strong volume-handling capability

Location: Pune | Travel to Mumbai & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
