Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from concept to site handover
• Meet elite clients and present design concepts and mood boards
• Prepare detailed drawings: furniture layouts, elevations, RCPs, electrical layouts, BOQs
• Coordinate with vendors, MEP consultants, and on-site teams to ensure design intent
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Mentor and guide junior designers across multiple projects

Job description

We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and leadership-driven Senior Interior Designer to lead our luxury residential projects from concept to final execution. The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic, strong technical expertise, and proven experience managing design teams and high-end clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead high-end residential projects seamlessly from initial concept to final site handover.
• Client Management: Meet elite clients, decode their requirements, and present compelling design concepts and mood boards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare flawless detailed drawings, including furniture layouts, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), electrical layouts, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Execution & Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendors, MEP consultants, and on-site teams to ensure execution matches design intent.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve site challenges, and maintain uncompromising design quality.
• Team Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of junior designers while multi-tasking across multiple active projects.

• Portfolio: A stunning, verifiable portfolio showcasing successfully executed luxury residential projects.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and leading design teams previously.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills to confidently pitch to high-net-worth clients.
• Project Management: Strong capability to handle vendors, negotiate timelines, and keep multiple projects on schedule.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, or relevant design and rendering software.
