Job summary

Livspace is seeking an Operations Lead to own end-to-end project execution and act as the primary client contact to ensure a smooth experience. The role focuses on driving stakeholder alignment, timely updates, and high-quality interior fit-out delivery.

You will coordinate resources, guide installation teams, and build a high-performing operations unit within Livspace. Ideal candidates have a background in Civil/Architecture with modular experience, 2+ years in interior fit-out, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
• MODULAR experience & knowledge is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish.
• Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities).
• Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.
• Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
• Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
• Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
