Job summary

Spinny is hiring for a coordinating role in Kolkata. The candidate will liaise with customers, field executives, finance team and closure executives to close leads efficiently.

The role includes confirming documents for tokened leads, scheduling field visits, coordinating payment releases, loan closures, and ensuring smooth delivery and post-sale handovers. Based in New Town, Kolkata, it involves CRM document management and proactive seller follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with customers, field executives, closure executives, finance team to close the lead.
• Confirming details and documents of tokened leads and vetting the last call during token.
• Calling the seller to confirm procurement schedule and sharing required documents before field visit.
• Managing schedule of the visit with customer and field executive.
• Coordinating with field executive and finance team for payment release and loan closure.
• Informing seller and lead owner about price changes or additional hold amounts.
• Clearing dues of challan on Vahan website when required.
• Ensuring vehicle delivery to workshop and obtaining sign-off.
• Uploading all documents in CRM dashboard and handing over originals to post-sales team.
• Following up with the seller on held documents and releasing held amounts.
• Recovering token amount in token cancellations and expediting delivery when scheduled for more than 4 days

Job description

Location: Astra Towers , New Town, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating with customers, field executives, closure executives, finance team etc. to successfully close the lead.
• Confirming details and documents of tokened leads and vetting the last call during token
• Calling the seller to confirm the procurement schedule and sharing the list of documents to get them ready before the field executive visit the seller
• Managing schedule of the visit with customer and field executive.
• Coordinating with field executive and finance team for payment release and loan closure
• In case of any price change or additional hold amount, informing seller and lead owner
• In case of challan, clearing the dues of challan on vahan website
• Making sure of the delivery of the vehicle to workshop team and taking sign off
• Uploading all the documents in CRM dashboard
• Handing over the original documents to post sales team and taking sign off
• Follow up with the seller on the documents for which amount is held
• Receiving the held documents from seller and releasing the held amount
• Recovering the token amount in case of token cancellations
• Follow up with the sellers where delivery scheduled is for more than 4 days and convince them to deliver the vehicle earlier
