Job summary

Chola in Palakkad seeks a dynamic Vehicle Loan Sales professional to generate vehicle finance leads, visit dealers, and grow the loan book across two-wheelers, cars, and commercial vehicles.

You will explain loan options, collect KYC documents, coordinate with credit and operations, and ensure timely disbursement while meeting monthly targets. Experience in consumer finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate vehicle finance leads for two-wheelers, cars, commercial vehicles, tractors, or other eligible vehicles.
• Explain loan amount, tenure, interest/charges, EMI, eligibility, and documentation to customers.
• Achieve monthly vehicle-finance disbursement and business targets.
• Regularly visit vehicle dealers and showrooms in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and sales staff.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, verification, valuation, and disbursement teams.
• Collect and verify required KYC, income, address, and vehicle-related documents.
• Submit applications to the credit/operations team for processing.

Vehicle Loan Sales

• Generate vehicle finance leads for two-wheelers, cars, commercial vehicles, tractors, or other eligible vehicles, depending on the branch/product.
• Explain loan amount, tenure, interest/charges, EMI, eligibility, and documentation to customers.
• Achieve monthly vehicle-finance disbursement and business targets.

2. Dealer & Showroom Visits

• Regularly visit vehicle dealers and showrooms in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and sales staff.
• Generate customer references from dealer networks.
• Follow up on vehicle bookings and convert them into finance cases.

3. Customer Acquisition

• Meet prospective customers who are planning to purchase vehicles.
• Understand their financial requirements and suggest suitable finance options.
• Explain the application and loan process clearly.

4. Loan Application & Documentation

• Collect and verify required KYC, income, address, and vehicle-related documents.
• Complete loan applications accurately.
• Submit applications to the credit/operations team for processing.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Coordinate with credit, operations, verification, valuation, and disbursement teams.
• Follow up on pending applications and documentation.
• Ensure approved cases are processed and disbursed on time.
