Job summary

Ahalia Finforex in Kerala seeks a diligent loan documentation associate to manage client communication, verify documents, and prepare sanction and repayment schedules for ALAP/APCL cases. You will coordinate with branches and ensure proper record-keeping.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, timely follow-up, and ability to handle multiple tasks as assigned by management. Prior experience in loan documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Tele-calling customers to qualify leads.
• Contacting customers for details via lead forms.
• Resolve branch queries about ALAP/APCL by phone or email.
• Verify customer documents for accuracy.
• Prepare In-principle Sanction reports.
• Prepare documents for Legal Opinion.
• Create repayment schedules for ALAP/APCL.
• Maintain and file original documents.
• Update ALAP reports in Excel.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Tele-calling the customers
• Handling the lead forms contacting the customer for collecting details.
• Dealing with branch queries about ALAP, APCL through phone e-mail.
• Checking verifying the Documents of each customer.
• Prepare the In principle Sanction reports for each customer.
• Prepare the Documents report for giving Legal Opinion.
• Prepare the Documentation of ALAP APCL.
• Creating the Repayment Schedule for each ALAP APCL.
• Keeping and filing the original Documents.
• Updating the ALAP reports in Excel File.
• Updating the sanction order Register.
• Updating the Loan Ledger.
• Follow up with branches for collecting the EMI.
• Post sanctions follow up with regard to receipt of EM letter, Broken period EC and other SO conditions.
• Updating the Lead forms and Declined files in Excel Sheet.
• Apart from this, the job assign by the management from time to time.
