Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, travel management, or related field preferred.
• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end trip execution and process coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and travelers.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, optimize workflows, and ensure cost/booking accuracy.
• Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, CRM systems, communication platforms) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with destination partners and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of itineraries.
• Track bookings and reservations and monitor trip progress.
• Resolve operational issues in real time and maintain up-to-date documentation and pricing breakdowns.
• Collaborate with travel consultants and customer support to ensure timely traveler communication and seamless trip execution.
• Keep hotels/resorts/destinations up to date and maintain data records.
• Ensure accurate pricing and cost breakdowns across all trips.

Role Description

The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day travel operations to ensure smooth delivery of customized itineraries and a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with destination partners and vendors, tracking bookings and reservations, monitoring trip progress, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role involves managing documentation, ensuring accurate pricing and cost breakdowns, and maintaining operational processes and data records. The Operations Executive will also collaborate closely with travel consultants and customer support to ensure timely communication with travelers and seamless trip execution. Keep the Hotel/Resort/Destination Up to date. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake Sector 5, Greater Kolkata Area.

Qualifications
