Job summary

Sharekhan in India is seeking a front desk and MIS associate responsible for daily MIS follow-ups, Excel-based reporting, and handling operation queries with defined TAT.

You will manage client data updates (CMC), respond to inbound calls, resolve issues and escalate to HO when needed, and support reception duties.

This role requires attention to detail and good communication; prior experience with Excel and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excel skills required for MIS and reporting.
