Qualifications

• Experience in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / E-commerce Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, supply chain and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor order processing, dispatches, deliveries and operational timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Track inventory movement and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
• Maintain operational trackers, reports and MIS.
• Identify operational delays, discrepancies and process gaps and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with E-commerce/KAM, Accounts and other internal teams wherever required.
• Handle escalations and follow up with relevant stakeholders until closure.
• Support marketplace and e-commerce operations.
• Ensure operational processes and documentation are maintained accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned operational activities.

About the Role

Khari Foods is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.

The role requires someone who can take ownership of operational processes, coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners, track orders and inventory, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth execution across the business.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / E-commerce Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce or consumer brands will be preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving and execution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be proactive and capable of independently handling assigned responsibilities.
