Job summary

Licious in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned operations professional to manage front-end operations across the network, ensuring smooth, timely execution and continual improvement. You will monitor performance, resolve bottlenecks and collaborate with Hub Ops, Supply Chain, Last Mile, Planning, Quality and Customer teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, Food-Tech, FMCG, E-commerce or similar high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills with good hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking ability.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional execution.
• Ability to prioritise quickly, manage escalations and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience in building or improving SOPs, dashboards, processes or operational systems.
• Exposure to process automation or technology-led operational improvements.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiatives from problem identification to execution and closure.
• Experience in last-mile, fulfilment, cold chain, perishable supply, quick commerce or food-tech will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity, on-ground operations environment.

Responsibilities
