Job summary

Netfolks Consulting in Dehradun seeks an Operations Engineer to drive end-to-end on-ground execution of Kaizen Group projects. You will manage site operations, oversee installation and placement of modular units and smart toilets, and coordinate with teams, vendors and local authorities to ensure timely and quality execution.

The role requires hands-on leadership, travel to multiple sites, and strong coordination with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Infrastructure preferred.
• Experience in site execution, installation, or field operations.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites.
