Job summary

Genrobotics is seeking a Site Engineer to drive business opportunities and manage end-to-end execution of sanitation and sewer cleaning projects. The role involves field operations, client coordination, project planning, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The candidate should have a B.Tech or equivalent degree with 2+ years of field operations experience and proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam. Willingness to travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for sanitation and sewer cleaning solutions.
• Achieve targets by converting leads into projects.
• Participate in tender submissions and client negotiations.
• Generate leads through site visits and municipal engagement.
• Plan, estimate costs and ensure timely project execution.
• Supervise installation, operation and maintenance of robotic sanitation equipment.
• Act as primary contact between site teams, clients and municipal officials.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, transport and safety teams.
• Manage multiple site operations simultaneously and ensure smooth execution.
• Handle billing submissions and payment follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
