Job summary

Scintilla Solar Corporation in Uttarakhand, India seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership at our site, ensuring efficient running of daily operations and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

You will oversee maintenance programs, manage spare parts, track KPIs, and report performance to senior leadership. Candidates must visit the site in person, and this site visit is mandatory as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design and implement long-term operational schedules, maintenance workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Budget and Cost Control: Oversee financial operations, manage resource allocation, and track expenses to improve profitability without sacrificing quality.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate on-the-ground staff and contractors to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, environmental regulations, safety codes, and contractual agreements.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Coordinate regular inspections, manage spare parts inventory, and quickly resolve major technical or operational bottlenecks.
• Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and report operational updates or risks to senior leadership.
