Job summary

The-Search-House is seeking an experienced professional to manage site operations and head office activities. You will design SOPs for operations and maintenance, coordinate with clients during commissioning, and lead a team of operations staff.

Ideal candidates will have exposure to heavy electro-mechanical equipment (pumps, panels, PLCs) and willing to travel 50-70% PAN India. The role is permanent, full-time, with a 15-17 LPA CTC and multi-lingual capabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer in Mech/Electrical/Instrumentation.
• Thorough knowledge of heavy electro-mechanical equipment (pumps, blowers, panels, PLC, sensors).
• Exposure to STP plants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee site operations and head office activities.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for Operations and Maintenance.
• Build and train operations staff; manage team performance.
• Coordinate with clients during operations and commissioning.
• Travel PAN India to provide site support.

Role purpose

This roles main purpose is to handle complete operations at site, client interactions, troubleshooting, designing SOPs etc.

Key responsibilities

• Hands on Experience in operating heavy engineering factory, plant or project.
• Excellent management and reporting skills withing the organization, preparing Standard Operating Procedures for Operations and Maintenance.
• Skills in team building and training of operations staff
• Client co-ordination during operations and commissioning
• Travelling PAN India for site support

Educational / Technical Requirements

• Education : Graduate Engineer in Mech/Electrical /Instrumentations
• Technical Requirement : Must have thorough knowledge on all heavy electro mechanical equipments such as pumps, blowers, panels, PLC, Sensors, Various Lifting Machinery etc.
• Preference : Preference will be given to the candidates who have exposure to STP Plants
• Candidate with rich experience and 45+ years old range.
