Job summary

Luca Elevators is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end elevator installation and service operations across project sites in Chennai. You will plan manpower/material allocation to meet project timelines and coordinate with procurement, sales, and installation teams for smooth execution.

You will conduct periodic site visits, track project status, and proactively resolve bottlenecks while ensuring safety and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience managing operations/installation teams ( elevator, engineering or construction industry preferred ).
• Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and frequent site visits.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/ERP for tracking projects and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
