Job summary

Decorpot is seeking a passionate Manager – Design Operations to lead a team of 5–10 Interior Designers and drive operational excellence across the design function. The role focuses on improving design quality, process efficiency, and timely project execution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee Space Planning, Concept Design, Material Selection, 2D drawings, and 3D presentations, conduct design reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Project, Production, and Execution

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Interior Design Operations, Design Management, or Business Excellence.
• Experience managing Interior Design teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes, space planning, and design execution.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or IMOS is an added advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement experience is preferred.
