Interazzo.com in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Designer Manager to lead the interior design team and oversee the complete design process across multiple projects. You will balance leadership, design expertise, and project coordination to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interior design, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• High creative sensibility with a focus on functional and aesthetic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality interior solutions aligned with brand standards.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design concepts, technical drawings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Set individual performance targets for team members and monitor progress to ensure goals.
• Drive strategic planning and resource allocation across design projects to optimize productivity.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and budget constraints.
• Provide mentorship, training, and regular performance evaluations for the design team.
• Conduct regular design audits and adherence to SOPs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and execution teams.
• Stay abreast of trends, materials, and design technologies to drive innovation.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new designers to maintain high-performance culture.
• Handle design-related escalations from clients or internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Interior Design, with at least 2-3 year in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• High creative sensibility with a focus on functional and aesthetic outcomes
