Decorpot is seeking a passionate Manager Design Operations to lead a team of Interior Designers and drive excellence across the design function. You will focus on improving design quality, process efficiency, and timely project execution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee 5-10 designers, standardize design processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Project, Production and Execution teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Qualifikationen

• 610 years of experience in Interior Design Operations, Design Management, or Business Excellence.
• Experience managing Interior Design teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes, space planning, and design execution.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or IMOS is an added advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement experience is preferred.
