Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of interior design experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record leading high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and execution.
• Experience mentoring and developing design teams.
• Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E.
• Ability to translate client briefs into design narratives and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold design philosophy and standards across projects.
• Lead concept development for marquee projects.
• Review and approve design deliverables from concept to execution.
• Ensure consistency, innovation, and high-quality outcomes.
• Act as senior design representative in client meetings and presentations.
