Job summary

Decorpot is seeking a Manager – Design Operations to lead a team of interior designers and drive excellence across the design function. You will improve design quality, optimize processes, and ensure timely project execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee space planning, concept design, material selection, and 2D/3D presentations, while mentoring a high-performance team and collaborating with Sales, Project, Production, and Execution teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Interior Design Operations, Design Management, or Business Excellence.
• Experience managing Interior Design teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes, space planning, and design execution.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or IMOS is an added advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
