Job summary

AmberStudent is seeking an Operations Associate- US (Sales) to drive outbound sales and manage end-to-end booking workflows for student accommodation. This remote role requires coordinating with property managers and students, maintaining rapport to sustain a high conversion rate, and delivering exceptional customer service from a US-market perspective.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60% in academics.
• Experience: 0–3 years.
• Tele sales or similar background is a plus.
• Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, BD or customer service preferred.
• Understanding of US market geography and demographics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales activities to book students or other user groups for accommodation (short-term or long-term).
• Act as aggregator between property managements and students.
• Create excellent rapport with the assigned demographic to ensure smooth sales cycle.
• Maintain a solid conversion rate.
• Complete booking-related tasks during all times.
• Constantly communicate with leads via WhatsApp, Email and CRM tools.
• Exhibit strong customer service as part of a high-performing team to achieve QoQ and YoY growth.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.

Location: Remote

US Shift - 3 PM - 12AM / 7PM - 4 AM rotational US shifts. (Non Negotiable)

Must have own laptop and stable internet connection

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales activities for booking students or other assigned user group for their accommodation for short term or long term stay
• Act as an aggregator between the property managements and the students
• Create an excellent rapport with the assigned demographic to ensure smooth sales cycle
• Maintain a solid conversion rate
• Perform various tasks related to completing bookings during all the times
• Constantly communicate with the assigned leads via WA, Email and other integrated tools on CRM.
• Exhibit great customer service and be a part of a high performing team to achieve QoQ and YoY growth collectively
• Ability to perform under pressure and self-motivated to complete assigned targets within a stipulated time

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in neutral English
• Good time management and planning skills
• Good call closing techniques
• Proficiency in CRM or other similar softwares

Qualifications

• Minimum 60% required in academics
• Experience - 0 to 3 years
• Experience in tele sales or similar background will be a plus
• Preferred industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development or customer service
• Understanding of the US market in terms of geography and demographics will be a plus
