AmberStudent seeks an Operations Associate- US (Sales) to perform outbound sales for student housing bookings. You will act as an intermediary between property managers and students, building rapport and ensuring a smooth sales cycle while maintaining strong conversion rates. You will communicate with leads through WA, Email, and CRM tools and contribute to QoQ growth.

Role requires US shift timing, remote work, and a proactive, high-energy approach to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong academic record; minimum 60% in academics.

Responsabilités

• Perform outbound sales activities to book students for short/long-term stays.
• Act as aggregator between property management and students.

• Handle bookings via WhatsApp, Email, and CRM tools.

Job Title: Operations Associate- US (Sales)

Location: Remote

US Shift - 3 PM - 12AM / 7PM - 4 AM rotational US shifts. (Non Negotiable)

Must have own laptop and stable internet connection

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales activities for booking students or other assigned user group for their accommodation for short term or long term stay
• Act as an aggregator between the property managements and the students
• Create an excellent rapport with the assigned demographic to ensure smooth sales cycle
• Maintain a solid conversion rate
• Perform various tasks related to completing bookings during all the times
• Constantly communicate with the assigned leads via WA, Email and other integrated tools on CRM.
• Exhibit great customer service and be a part of a high performing team to achieve QoQ and YoY growth collectively
• Ability to perform under pressure and self-motivated to complete assigned targets within a stipulated time

• Understanding of the US market in terms of geography and demographics will be a plus
