Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for candidates enrolled in our programs.
• Walk new candidates through onboarding and help them maximize the platform and their program.
• Respond to questions and feedback quickly and with care.
• Monitor candidate progress and engagement, reaching out early when support is needed.
• Coordinate schedules between candidates and mentors to ensure sessions run on time.
• Assist mentors with operational questions and smooth session delivery.
• Maintain accurate dashboards and trackers to support data-driven decisions.
• Handle logistics and post-event follow-ups for workshops and events.
• Contribute ideas to process improvements and special projects.

We are looking for an Operations Intern who cares about people and enjoys making things run smoothly. You will sit at the center of our coaching programs, working with candidates, mentors and our internal team to make sure every session, every message and every handoff feels easy and well looked after. You will learn how a fast‑moving startup actually works, with hands‑on exposure to business operations, customer success, program management and process improvement, and you will work closely with our leadership team along the way.

What You’ll Do

Candidate Success and Engagement

• Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for candidates enrolled in our programs, so they feel supported from day one.
• Walk new candidates through onboarding and help them make the most of the platform and their program.
• Respond to questions, concerns and feedback quickly and with care.
• Keep an eye on candidate progress, engagement and attendance, and reach out early when someone could use a little extra support.

Program and Mentor Operations

• Coordinate schedules between candidates and mentors so sessions happen on time and without confusion.
• Work closely with mentors, answer their operational questions and help sessions run well.
• Keep records, dashboards and trackers accurate and up to date, so the team can make decisions based on real data.

Workshops and Special Projects

• Handle logistics, communication and post‑event follow‑ups so every participant has a great experience.
• Support workshops, webinars and community events from planning to wrap‑up.
• Contribute ideas and effort to process improvements and special projects that help us grow. What

• Comfort working in a fast‑changing startup environment.
• Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel is preferred.
• Any prior experience in operations, customer success or program management, including college projects, societies or internships, is a plus but not a must.
