Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
• Knowledge of Air Cargo, Sea Freight, Export Documentation, and MTO operations.
• Experience with Airlines, Shipping Lines, Overseas Agents, and Customs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and customer requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete Air Freight & Sea Freight Export/Import operations.
• Manage end-to-end shipment execution and operational planning.
• Coordinate with Airlines, Shipping Lines, Overseas Agents, Transporters, and Customs Brokers.
• Prepare freight quotations and negotiate buying & selling freight rates.
• Ensure timely shipment bookings and cargo movement.
• Handle export/import documentation including AWB, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Strong knowledge of DG Cargo, IATA regulations, and MTO operations.
• Coordinate with customers and provide shipment status updates.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas partners.
• Support sourcing of competitive freight rates and logistics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company SOPs.
• Lead and manage the operations team to achieve service excellence.
