Job summary

The role requires MBA in Supply Chain or related field, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication to coordinate across teams under deadlines.

• Vendor & Carrier Management: Evaluate carrier performance and maintain relationships with logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Manage end-to-end import/export shipment lifecycles, coordinating seamlessly with shipping lines, airlines, custom house agents (CHAs), and overseas agents. [1, 2]
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and processing of shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Air Waybills, and Customs paperwork) adhering to international trade regulations. [1, 2]
• Route & Cost Optimization: Analyze and select the most efficient transit routes and carrier options to minimize freight costs while meeting delivery timelines. [1]
• Vendor & Carrier Management: Assist in evaluating carrier performance, tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining healthy relationships with logistics providers. [1]
• Data Tracking & Reporting: Update and maintain logistics tracking systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and daily operations dashboards with high accuracy. [1, 2]
• Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for client queries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or International Business from a recognized institution. [1, 2, 3]
