Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in international logistics operations, freight forwarding, and regulatory documentation.
• Degree or qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade preferred.
• Experience with import/export processes and customs documentation.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of transport orders including plausibility checks, booking, routing, and tracking.
• Execute customs clearance procedures (import/export) and compile shipment documents.
• Process invoices, audit freight bills, and handle vendor payments.
• Provide real-time shipment updates to stakeholders via email, phone, and systems.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure service levels and terms.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of client shipments in alignment with international standards, regulatory compliance, and organizational ethical guidelines. This role ensures flawless operational delivery, proactive customer communication, and optimal vendor coordination.

• Handle financial processing, including invoice issuance, auditing freight bills, and processing vendor payments.

Client Relations & Service Quality

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing real-time shipment updates via email, phone, and automated data integration.
• Drive operational troubleshooting to resolve issues and minimize delays.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting non-conformances and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with vetted logistics service providers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to agreed service levels and commercial terms.
