Job summary

PERSOL in Gurugram seeks an experienced logistics professional to oversee end-to-end inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations. You will coordinate with suppliers, customs, 3PL, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes process improvement, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service and operation efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: Manage product master data, pricing, HSN classification, and PO creation in the system.
• Inbound: Coordinate end-to-end inbound flow from international suppliers through customs/FTWZ clearance to warehouse receipt, ensuring timely availability against sales and launch plans.
• Inbound: Close cooperation with Customs, BIS, DGFT, 3PL provider, and factories/suppliers to maintain regulatory compliance, leverage trade agreements, and resolve shipment issues, discrepancies, or delays.
• Inbound: Monitor inbound logistics performance through reporting, KPI analysis, and process improvements
• Warehouse: Oversee inventory accuracy and resolution of shortages, damages, excess stock, quality issues, and returns with warehouse and Sales teams.
• Warehouse: Ensure compliance with operational requirements, value-added services (VAS), and inventory management processes while supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Warehouse: Maintain effective communication with warehouse team to ensure smooth product flow and timely issue resolution
• Outbound Operations & Order Management: Manage customer sales orders, inventory allocations, and order processing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service levels and business deadlines.
• Outbound: Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping documentation, transportation, and delivery activities with warehouse, transport, and customers to ensure on-time execution.
• Outbound: Proactively monitor order status, customer payments, exceptions, and delivery risks while providing timely communication and resolution of operational issues.
• Outbound: Develop strong stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
