Job summary

TATA 1MG in Navi Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to manage end-to-end outbound processes, from picking and packing to shipment handover, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

You will coordinate manpower, rosters, shifts, and safety compliance while driving daily targets and SLA adherence, and you will resolve escalations related to delays, shortages, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Pharma or healthcare logistics exposure.
• Large-scale warehouse handling.
• Experience in managing escalations related to delayed orders and shortages.

Responsibilities
