Mahindra Logistics in Vadodara is seeking an inbound operations professional to review daily workload, plan manpower, and drive tasks to timely closure. You will lead daily reviews with the inbound team, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Review daily workload through the Open Receipt Worksheet (RWS) and ensure timely completion of inbound activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively across respective operational areas based on workload and priorities.
• Conduct daily meetings and operational reviews with the inbound team to monitor performance and address challenges.
• Review and track Open YT (Yellow Tag) and DMT (Damage Material Tag) cases and ensure timely closure.
• Review vehicle reports and monitor the status of ODM submissions for timely processing.
• Track and ensure closure of back-order parts, including regular follow-up on pending items.
• Monitor team productivity and update/review SAAG Boards for PP, SB and Bulk lines.
• Review, prioritize and drive closure of pending inbound tasks based on business requirements and service commitments.
• Monitor packaging material availability and initiate timely reordering to avoid operational disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on resource utilization, process adherence, cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping and 5S standards across the inbound area.
• Conduct daily exception reviews with customers and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution and closure.
• Prepare and submit daily/periodic KPI reports covering operational performance, productivity, pending activities and key exceptions.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance and service levels.
