Job summary

PACIFIC is seeking a Mall Operations Auditor to conduct quarterly operational audits across multiple malls. You will evaluate housekeeping, security, parking, facility management, and F&B operations to ensure process compliance and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in mall/real estate hospitality, with expertise in operations audit, quality assurance, and reporting. SAP knowledge is a plus as you prepare and share findings with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Retail or Hospitality.
• Experience in Operations Audit and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of mall operations and facility management.
• SAP knowledge, analytical skills and strong reporting abilities.
