SG Oasis in Hyderabad is seeking an Executive Operations to oversee mall/real estate operations at an assistant managerial level. You will coordinate customer satisfaction initiatives, supplier performance, and contract administration to ensure timely, quality services.

The role requires 3–5 years in mall/hotel/multiplex environments, graduation, and a proactive approach to safety and MIS reporting. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize customer experience and operational

Formación

• Graduation is a must; Post graduate qualification would be preferable.
• Experience in mall/hotel/multiplex environments is expected.
• Understanding customer satisfaction drivers and vendor performance is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Understand factors influencing customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
• Monitor RSI & CSI to identify changes in customer preferences.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and benchmark RSI/CSI.
• Maintain records for key vendors and review vendor performance for timely, quality supplies.
• Prepare contract documents and monitor performance against contracts.
• Ensure timely, accurate MIS reporting of department performance.
• Develop knowledge of shoppers' attitudes and behavior.
• Oversee safety practices and operation of fire equipment in the mall.

Profile Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

• Understanding factors influencing customer satisfaction & dissatisfaction
• Monitoring RSI & CSI to identify changes in customer preferences
• Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction
• Benchmarking RSI and CSI

Supplier Management

• Maintain records for key Vendors for continuous evaluation based on delivery, quality and costs
• Reviewing Vendor performance and taking corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality of supplies

Customer Interaction

• Participating in the Development of Customer or Channel Specific Marketing Strategies
• Customer Relationship Management

Contract Management

• Knowledge of Contractual terms and conditions, Contract terminology
• Preparation of Contract documents
• Monitor performance against contracts

MIS

• Timely and accurate reporting of Departments performance

Customer Understanding

• Developing an intimate knowledge of shoppers Attitudes and Behavior

Safety

• Knowledge and operation of Fire Equipment
• Ensure safe practices in Mall

Qualification

Graduation is a must, Post Graduate in any fields would be preferable

Overall Experience

Experience of around 3-5 years of experience in Mall/Hotel/Multiplexes
