Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager - Operations for a premium mall in BKC, Mumbai. Lead day-to-day mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, and vendor management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders, ensure service levels and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement through audits and performance reporting. 7–12+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Mall operations experience is mandatory.
• 7 to 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in operations management, vendor management, and customer experience.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing housekeeping, security, parking, tenant coordination, and soft services.
