The candidate should be responsible, proactive and able to work independently, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This onsite position requires commitment to maintaining safety and standards throughout the mall.

Formación

• Entry-level experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor day-to-day mall operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other teams.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and functioning of common areas.
• Monitor operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular floor inspections and uphold standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports for management.
• Handle emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure smooth handover of mall operations at shift end.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the mall, coordinating with staff and vendors, and addressing operational requirements and issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day mall operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper functioning of common areas.
• Monitor and address operational issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers as required.
• Conduct regular floor inspections and maintain operational standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
• Handle emergency or operational situations and escalates issues when required.
• Ensure smooth closing and handover of mall operations at the end of the shift.
