Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations for the mall including facilities, security, housekeeping, parking and engineering.
• Coordinate with retailers, shop owners, vendors and service providers.
• Oversee budgets, MIS reports and planning resources.
• Enhance customer experience through events, promotions and crowd management.
• Ensure safety, emergency and legal compliance and coordinate during incidents.

CTC - 15 to 18 Lac (10% PLI & 90% Fixed)

Grooming Guidelines:

All the male employees should adhere to a formal dress code and daily clean-shaven appearance is mandatory, while maintaining a professional grooming standard.

Female employees are required to wear the provided formal attire and tie their hair in a bun.

The work schedule consists of roster-based scheduling and 6 weekly offs per month.

Graduate with Good Communication skills with pleasing personality ( Mandatory )

Reports to the AGM Operations.

What the job is about

You run the day-to-day working of the mall. You make sure it is safe, clean, comfortable and well managed for both shoppers and shop owners (retailers).

Your main responsibilities

Running daily operations

• Keep everything running smoothly: facilities, security, housekeeping, parking and engineering.
• Check that service standards are being met.
• Follow company rules and SOPs, and suggest ways to work better.

Working with retailers and partners

• Be the link between the mall team, shop owners, vendors and service providers.
• Check that shops follow mall rules on fit-outs, display, safety and trading hours.
• Help solve complaints and problems quickly.

Managing vendors

• Check whether vendors (security, housekeeping, etc.) are doing a good job.
• Keep reports and records (MIS) for management.
• Help with budgets, cost tracking and planning resources.

Customer experience

• Study customer feedback and footfall to find what can improve.
• Help plan events, promotions and busy periods.
• Manage crowd movement, traffic and parking.

Safety and compliance

• Make sure safety, emergency and legal requirements are followed.
• Help prevent and handle incidents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside agencies during emergencies.

• Good speaking and writing, and being a good listener.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new software.

Requirements

• Education: Any bachelor's degree. A Hotel Management degree (or similar) is preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in mall operations, commercial property operations or hotel operations.
• Industry background: Real estate, hospitality, hospitals or premises management.
