Job summary

Pacific India is seeking an experienced professional to lead quarterly audits of mall operations. The role covers housekeeping, security, parking, facility management and F&B processes, with a focus on efficiency, compliance and actionable corrective actions.

You will coordinate with site teams, prepare reports, validate data and track the closure of audit observations, ensuring ongoing improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Retail or Hospitality.
• Experience in Operations Audit and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of mall operations and facility management.
• SAP knowledge, analytical skills and strong reporting abilities.
