Job description

Responsibilities

• Optimisation of complex business processes through detailed process mapping, data‑driven strategy development, and implementation of automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
• Leveraging data analytics to provide insights into process metrics and organizational KPIs for informed decision making
• Evaluation of the impacts of product and tech rollouts on operational teams with feedback to the relevant stakeholders
• Ownership of end‑to‑end project plans, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement improvements across the organization
• Coordination with key stakeholders and leadership teams ensuring seamless coordination and execution aligned with organizational objectives
• Presentation of analysis, insights and project‑related updates to management and executive leadership in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

Background/Experience:

• Master’s degree from a premier institution with a specialization in Engineering, business, or related fields including an MBA
• Strong project management skills, structured approach and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving situations, changing business needs, ensuring continuous alignment with best practices
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and business acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management with written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts and manage multiple stakeholders
