Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and peripherals.
• Experience with printer setup and maintenance.
• Familiar with Active Directory and user account management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
