Job summary

Movate Technologies in Ambattur, Chennai is seeking an experienced International Voice Process professional to join our night-shift operations. You will provide customer and technical support to international clients and strive for first-call resolution.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and solid troubleshooting skills. Immediate joiner or 15 days notice preferred; educational qualification is any Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
• Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
