Job summary

Movate is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for International Voice Process in Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office). Night shift with rotational weekdays off. This role is intended for experienced candidates, not freshers.

You will provide technical assistance to international customers, diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
