Job summary

WSNE Consulting is seeking a dynamic Professional Recruiter with experience or strong interest in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment (Financial Hiring only). The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding across PAN India for multiple IT and Non-IT positions.

The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years in NON-IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in NON-IT recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
• Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT / NON IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, networks, referrals, and databases.
• Screen for technical and behavioral fit and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Work on Non-IT skills requirements (FNA, FPNA, Taxation, Audit, Customer services).
• Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and documentation processes.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking.

Job Overview

WSNE Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Recruiter with experience or strong interest in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment (Financial Hiring only ).

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT / NON IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit and coordinate interviews with technical and business stakeholders.
• Work on requirements related Non IT Skills such as FNA, FPNA , Taxation , Audit , Customer services and other emerging verticals.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.

Preferred candidate profile

IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED || WORK FROM HOME

• 1 year to 4 years of experience in NON - IT Recruitment
• Proven experience in PAN India hiring and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
