Job summary

Trigent Software in Mumbai is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to partner with recruiters and business leaders, developing targeted sourcing strategies for consulting and techno-functional roles. You will identify passive talent using advanced techniques, screen candidates, and build pipelines across domains, while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior sourcers.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sourcing from Big 4s or MBBs, hands-on Workday ATS experience, and strong

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sourcing experience focused on consulting and techno-functional hiring from Big 4/MBBs.
• Experience hiring for non-IT domains (Finance, Legal, Marcom) and platforms like SAP/Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates for consulting and techno-functional roles including strategy, transformation, procurement, supply chain, SAP, and data analytics.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) to identify and engage passive talent.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening, ensuring clear and compelling communication to attract top candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs across consulting and functional domains.
• Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in ATS platforms like Workday.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Mentor junior sourcers and contribute to sourcing process improvements.

1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. MBA's preferable/ BE. BE Tech
2. 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on consulting and Techno-functional hiring from Big 4s & MBBs.
3. Proven success in hiring for roles in Non IT (Finance, Legal, Marcom), Consulting, Platforms like SAP/ Salesforce and for industries like IT, Comms & Media, High-tech, Retail, Products, Software & platform, Automotive & Industrial.
4. Hands‑on experience with Workday ATS or similar platforms.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
7. Market Research is preferable.
