Job summary

Orient Technologies in Mumbai is seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our HR team for end-to-end IT recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding for IT roles across infrastructure and cybersecurity domains.

You will manage interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and drive offers to successful joiners while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Experience in portals like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using portals and social networks.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand hiring requirements and technical job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Recruit for IT positions in IT Infra such as Network Engineers, System Administrators, Cloud Engineers, Linux Administrators, IT Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other technical roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates suitability for the role.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers for timely feedback.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and follow up until candidates join.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire and agreed turnaround times.
