Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a skilled technical support professional with hands-on experience in Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS, and Manhattan SCI. You will apply analytical thinking to resolve complex issues and document solutions for sustainable operations.

You will collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams, train users, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS, and Manhattan SCI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for sustainable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation for support processes and configurations.

• Technical Support: In-depth knowledge of Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS, Manhattan SCI.
• Trouble Shooting: Investigate complex issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Collaborate with Level 1 support and development teams for clear resolutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for support processes and system configurations.
• Training: Guide Level 1 support and end-users to promote self-service issue resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 4. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and production work culture. 5. Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for support processes and technical configurations.

Good-to-Have

• Prior-experience in Customer facing roles will be an added advantage

• 1 Technical Support: In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience with Manhattan WMOS 2020, Manhattan SaaS TMS, Manhattan SCI.
• 2 Trouble Shooting: Investigate and analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• 3 Communication: Collaborate with Level 1 support, Level 3 development teams. And other stake holders to ensure clear and concise communication regarding issue resolution and system enhancements
• 4 Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
• 5 Training: Provide training and guidance to Level 1 support and end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems and promote self-service issue resolution.
• 6 Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and user experience enhancements.
