Manager - PSM - Clearing & Settlement (Technology Operations)

• Manage the shift and handle communication with BU/ADM and other team resources.
• Look for ways to improve processes and drive automations.
• Production environment support, monitoring & troubleshooting.
• L1/L2 support involvement.
• Production Incident troubleshooting.
• Problem Solving & Analytics.
• Incident / Problem Management using internal tool.
• Impact analysis understanding.
• Software Testing from Operations perspective.
• Review of release scripts / utilities /code as required.
• Release deployment support.
• Ensure to adhere to all the SLAs defined
• Ensure to track all the new requirements and follow the SDLC processes
• Keep tracking open issues take it for closure
• Audit participation and compliance. Coordinating data submissions for various audits and inspections as applicable
• Ability to perform independently and manage the vendor and internal teams
