Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat Llp in Bengaluru is seeking a Learning Professional on a 6-month contract to drive strategic L&D initiatives. You will design, implement, and monitor learning programs while aligning capability development with business priorities and supporting data-driven impact.

Responsibilities include planning, executing and governing learning programs, managing analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR, learning operations, or program management.
• Strong interest in people practices and learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with L&D team and stakeholders to identify learning requirements through training needs analysis and stakeholder inputs.
• Plan and execute an integrated learning calendar including programs, digital learning, workshops, and social learning interventions.
• Manage end-to-end program execution including logistics, vendor partnerships and participant experience
• Continuously review program effectiveness and recommend improvements for learning quality and operational efficiency.

Purpose of the Role:

To drive strategic learning initiatives by aligning capability development with business priorities and enabling data-driven, scalable learning impact across the organization.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Learning Program Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with L&D team and stakeholders to identify learning requirements through training needs analysis and stakeholder inputs.

• Manage end-to-end program execution including logistics, vendor partnerships and participant experience

Learning Governance and Analytics

• Maintain accurate records including attendance, feedback, and program documentation for audits
• Track and govern key L&D metrics to drive data-driven learning decisions.
• Compile and analyze data for budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting purposes.

HR / Behavioral Learning Background

• Strong understanding of:
