Job summary

Dealmoney in Thane is seeking an experienced HR Manager - Generalist to lead end-to-end HR operations. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management while ensuring statutory compliance and effective employee relations.

The role requires 7 to 10 years of HR experience, with a strong foundation in labour laws, HR policy implementation, and people leadership. Excellent communication and MS Office/HRMS proficiency are essential.
